We provide software development, AI agents, and related platforms. Features may change as we improve products. Custom engagements are governed by the statement of work or proposal you accept.
3. Accounts & access
You are responsible for credentials issued to you and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, attempt to disrupt systems, reverse engineer our software except where permitted by law, or use our products for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
Agentic Labs retains rights to its platforms, branding, and pre-existing IP. Custom deliverables are licensed or assigned as specified in your agreement with us.
6. Payments
Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are set out in your order or proposal. Late payments may result in suspension of access.
7. Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Agentic Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
